Ecuadorian shrimp producer AGRIMINGOLD S.A. has become the first company to transition from Aquaculture Stewardship Council’s (ASC's) Improver Programme to full ASC certification, marking a milestone for both the producer and the ASC improvement pathway.
Last year, AGRIMINGOLD became the first farm in Ecuador and the first producer in Latin America to enter ASC’s Improver Programme through an Aquaculture Improvement Project (AIP).
